RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@theweunited.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, clean, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by applicable consumer law.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@theweunited.com. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Non-returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to being unclaimed or refused, we may deduct the actual costs of shipping and handling from the refund.

Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of misuse, repeated abuse, or suspicious activity.
